Job description • To support two panel development projects, activities involving training samples’ preparation, session build up, modulate training session, panelists management etc. Project I: Tissue Mask decoding Project II: Face panel new trained panelists quality monitoring Requirements • To support tissue mask understanding project • To support and monitor the quality of new panel incorporated into different skincare sensory panels for routine testing • On time & on quality delivery during daily support. • Be proactive with logistic thinking. • Proficient in excel, PPT, etc., if know about FIZZ, XLSTAT is a plus • Proficient in programming is a plus • Have sensory related background is a plus Internship harvest • Understanding and practice of sensory descriptive method, primary focused on panel management, and training • Communication and coaching skill • Skincare category knowledge Work address No. 283, Jianguo West Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai Can work at least 3 days per week for around 6 months, work full-time is highly preferred
