工作职责： 1.负责斑马百科海外社媒的策划、内容制作、分发运营工作 2.协助斑马百科海外的其他品牌工作 3.负责斑马百科中长视频在爱奇艺、b站等平台的剪辑、分发及部分策划运营工作 职位要求： 1.市场、外语、翻译等相关专业，有留学或海外生活经验，英语好，熟练使用各个海外社交媒体 2.喜欢内容运营、策划的工作内容，了解海外文化、生活习俗， 3.有基础剪辑能力，能使用剪映、ps等软件 4.加分项：有海外社媒运营、海外达人运营、海外社群运营相关经验；有运营自己的海外社媒账号 Responsibilities: 1.Manage and operate the company's various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. 2.Produce and edit various video or picture contents for each official social media account. 3.Assist other marketing activities. 4.Produce and post videos for Banmabaike official account on iQIYI and bilibili. Requirements: 1.Major in marketing/ translation/ language or related disciplines with good writing skills. 2.Have overseas study or living experience, can use English as working language. 3.have basic video editing skills, can use softwares like Capcut, Pr, Ps, etc. 4.Have a good understanding of overseas culture and customs. Passionate with media industry and digital marketing, and be able to continue to learn and explore relevant skills and knowledge. 5.Advantageous: Have relevant work experience in social media operations, KOL management, overseas brand promotion
