岗位描述：
 
1. Participate in Mechanical design of optical or data telecommunication products
光通信及数据通信产品的结构设计
2. Shelf & card mechanical design: include whole shelf and parts design; design of card mechanics
子框及功能板设计：整体及单个部件设计；与与子框配套的功能板的结构设计
3. Thermal analysis and thermal design
热分析及散热设计：根据产品的发热情况进行热分析及散热设计
4. Mastery mechanical design tools
需使用相应的结构开发设计工具
5. Support the operation department up to mass production. Support other departments about mechanical issues and maintenance…
支持产品量产工作。支持其它部门对相关结构问题的调查及产品维护
 
Requirements:
岗位需求：
 
1.    Bachelors degree or above in mechanical design or relevant major
学士学位及以上，结构设计相关专业
2.    Experience and background on mechanical design of telecommunication product, include EMI/EMC design
具有通信类产品结构设计相关经验及背景，包括电磁兼容方面的设计
3.    Familiar with related design tools, e.g. ProE，SolidWorks，AutoCAD，FloTHERM etc
熟悉结构设计及热设计相关开发工具，如ProE，SolidWorks，AutoCAD，FloTHERM等
4.    Good skill of English language- written, spoken and reading
熟练掌握英文：包括写作，口语及阅读
6.    Good communication skills, team spirit and adaptability
 良好沟通技巧，有团队合作精神及较强适应能力
