Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through various channels, including but not limited to internet searches, job boards, employee referrals, cold calling, alumni, social media channels, and other internal databases.
• Attend initial briefing meetings, if required, with the Consultant and Hiring Managers to understand the business needs.
• Communicate with the candidates and help them understand how we can assist them to develop as professionals at any career stage.
• May provide first-level screening and qualify suitable candidates
• Develop weekly, quarterly, and yearly reports and regularly provide progress updates and reports
• Recruitment channels maintenance and promotion, including social media and university relations.
Qualification
• Fresh graduate, or 1-2 years HR experience, with good learning ability
• University graduate with good command of Microsoft Office and English skills
• Strong experience in office management or Client services, HR support experiences
• Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Mature, organized, disciplined, positive, receptive to new ideas of working
