Your focus will be on how the customer experience strategies align with technology solutions. Responsibilities: Technology Landscape Analysis: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and innovations within the tech industry that have implications for enhancing customer experience. Engage with technology vendor ecosystems to gain comprehensive understanding of new/emerging capabilities. Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth analysis of the technology market identifying opportunities and threats relevant to customer experience strategies, to provide clients with comprehensive market intelligence. Create a cohesive and holistic perspective of CX software research. Market Research: Analyze market share, assess the strengths and weaknesses of tech vendors, and identify opportunities and threats to help clients make informed business decisions. Industry Reports: Conduct, write and present detailed industry and customer survey reports, market forecasts, and trend analyses to support client decision-making processes. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants and business development, to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and cohesive research solutions or report to clients. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, software development or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. • Proven experience in market analysis, preferably within a consulting or market research environment. • Familiarity with customer experience knowledge, such as marketing, advertising, feedback mechanisms, satisfaction surveys, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) or familiarity with customer experience strategies and their alignment with technology solutions. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS or Excel) and techniques.
