Job Summary： Assist CVE direct material purchasing work Roles and responsibilities： 1.Assist for purchasing work - Support PUC sign contracts with suppliers 支持供应商合同签订 - Purchasing documentation draft/ preparation, such as nomination letter, technical document exchange confirmation, etc. 相关采购文件起草和准备； - Cross check & mark out differences during design change 在设计更改过程中进行全面检查并标注更改内容 - Monitoring list maintainence, such as sample PR list, supplier information list, etc. 相关表格维护 - Regular basic purchasing self check 日常基本采购自查 - Meeting minutes summary 会议纪要、摘要 - Support to track and push OPL progress 支持OPL进度的跟踪和推进 2.Purchasing market research - Assisst collect latest NEV market supply chain information: supplier, technology 协助收集最新新能源汽车市场供应链信息 - Assisst analysis NEV supply chain data for purchasing strategy 协助分析采购策略相关的NEV供应链数据 Requirement： 1.Bachelor/master degree. 2.Knowledge Skills: —Good social, team and communication skills —MS-Office skills —Good attitude & ability to work under high pressures 3.Duration: 6 months at least，4-5 days a week.
