We are looking for an exceptional Inside Sales Engineer who can enable the technology development with MKS products in China Scientific market. • Develops/Follow up customer contacts from Mar com/Web/Call center leads. • Responsible for providing technical support and customer solutions for the organization’s assigned products via telephone or through written or Internet-based applications. • Coordinating with internal team to solve technical and commercial issues with associated customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is: • Master or PHD degree student, major in Physics science or relevant. • Ability to understand the problems of our customer, understanding customer's current and future application demands. • Ability to recommend demand of application to product marketing. We are looking for an exceptional Application Engineer，who can: • Assist Si Photonics testing system demo build up and testing. • Support to develop software package for Si Photonics system. • Get knowledge of Si Photonics as an advanced optical module in Networking market • Attain working experience in programing of system control. • Get working experience in teamwork and project management. What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is: • Master or PHD degree, major in Automation Control, Physics, Optical Engineering • Skilled in at least one language programming of Labview/C/C++/C# • Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. • Strong communication and writing skills.
