Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate employee records, update company databases/filings.
• Assist in recruitment, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.
• Assist in employee onboarding/offboarding logistics.
• Assist with HR documentation and reports as needed.
• Assist with various HR related activities, e.g., team buildings, company events, training, etc.
• Support on daily HR operations/admin.
• Learn the company’s policies and procedures to be able to respond to any internal inquiries.
• Other assignments if required.
Requirements:
• Fresh college graduates, majoring in Human Resources Management is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Extrovert, passionate and motivated, detail oriented.
• Quick learner, ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
• Experience with MS Office, word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
