Job Description: 1.Responsible for insurance & fund Sales manual updating and other policies & procedures while coordinating multiple 1lod & 2lod stakeholders, sales process improvement & sales operation guidelines 2.Track the effectiveness of conversion results of Insight & Content 3.Collect market/customer/PWP research to identify and provide timely optimization suggestions to internal/external Content/Insight 4.Support internal and external lecturer group system construction management and training Specific Requirements: 1) Good communication skills especially in both verbal and written English and can work under pressure 2) Strong skills in Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word 3) Preferably 6-12 months, 4-5days/per week 4) Skill in Python is an advantage 5) Finance/Economics/Financial Mathematics background is preferred
