KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
₋ CRM programs execution: CRM program gifts allocation, personalization, logistics and stock management, liaise with Retail and vendor for in-time delivery
₋ Boutique client experience execution: client experience request consolidation, work closely with Retail and vendor to ensure the smooth execution
₋ CRM reporting:
o Study competitor client gifting / experience / events, and update in monthly basis
o Other CRM related reports for CRM projects review and monitoring
₋ CRM operations: vendor creation, contract signing, PO creation and other relevant CRM daily operations
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
₋ Available at least 4 days / week for 6 months and above
₋ Internship experience in the luxury or luxury lifestyle industry will be a plus
₋ Good interpersonal and communication skills
₋ Fast-learner, rigorous, conscientious, organized, dynamic, proactive and team player
₋ Good command of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint
₋ Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
