MAIN PURPOSE
Purpose of the position is to assist Parfums team in its tasks and missions, key support to Parfums Director on daily operation tasks.
Key duties including cross-products coordination, competitors monitoring, sales tracking report, product information support, product proposals and launch material.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Subject 1 – Support Parfums team on transversal topics
- Cross categories projects consolidation and operation support.
- Product proposals for internal and external communications
2. Subject 2 – Competitors Monitoring
- Regularly check competitors’ prices and activities based on list of major competitors.
- Assist in competitors’ reports done by Parfums team and update price mappings
3. Subject 3 – Product information tools and event support
- Products information maintenance, novelties launch information sharing support
- Events’ product information and operational needs’ support
4. Subject 4 – Sales tracking report support
- Weekly/Monthly sales tracking report
COMPETENCIES
• Available from May 2024, ideal duration of internship: 6 months
• Experience:
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate; 1st or 2nd year graduate
- Freshmen from universities
• Technical skills:
- Familiar with Microsoft office, especially excel & PowerPoint
• Personal skills:
- Team player. Curious personality with entrepreneurial skills
- Ability to combine passion, stress resistance and tenacity
• Language requirements:
- Native mandarin speaker
- Good level of English, both oral and written
