【工作内容】
1. CSS sales data collecting, reporting and analysis;
大客户销售数据分析,协助收集整理及分析各销售渠道销售相关数据;
2. CSS sales report analysis on market/competitor (product, price, volume, policy)
参与销售管理报告(Excel & PPT);参与市场/竞品分析(产品、价格、销量及政策等);
3. Special sales/direct sales follow-up, internal coordination and communication;
特殊销售项目跟进,直销项目内部流程协调沟通;
4. Support team on daily communication with dealers including query answering and follow-up tracking/managing;
支持组内同事日常与经销商沟通,包括经销商答疑,后续事宜跟进等;
5. Provide support for AAC/ Direct Sales Project, e.g. applications review/check/approval in SSA system; contract follow-up (signature and chop obtained).
协助支持员工购车/直销等项目,例如大客户资质查验及校对;采购合同/服务协议等后续跟进;
6. Administration support, e.g. meeting room booking, stuff collection from HR/Admin/BBA Union
支持组内同事日常行政工作,例如会议室预定、权限开通、福利领取等;
7. Assist team members on others assigned work;
上级或同事临时交付的其他工作 ;
【职位要求】
1. Good computer skills with other MS Office, e.g. word, excel;
熟练掌握office办公软件,尤其是Excel和PPT;
2. Fluent in English both oral and written;
较好的英文功底,胜任英文办公环境 (口语和书面);
3. Excellent communication skills, team player;
沟通能力强;
4. Service-minded, accountable, passionate and self-motivated;
有较强的责任感,热情开朗,自我驱动力强;
5. At least 4 days a week for six months
至少每周4天,实习期至少为六个月(优先考虑全勤者);
6. Bachelor degree or above. Previous intern experience in multinational enterprise is preferred.
本科或研究生在读,大四、研一时间充裕者优先,在职期间必须保证学生身份;
