Department: Legal Department Position: Legal Intern Location: Tianjin Your Responsibilities: * To conduct preliminary legal research about business related topics under the guidance of legal counsels; * To draft the first draft of legal documents such as contracts and legal memos; * To translate legal documents; * To support legal counsels in admin related matters. Your Qualification: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law; * Pass of P.R.C National Judicial Examination is a plus but not mandatory; * Good command of legal knowledge, legal research and writing skills * Good command of English or German language both in writing and speaking; * Quick learner with strong self-motivation; * Good command of MS Office.
