Responsibility 工作职责:
Learn professional knowledge and marketing skills, including products, markets, competitors, customer needs, sales strategies, sales processes, sales techniques, etc.

Communicate with customers and try to develop through various channels or methods, including phone calls, visits, exhibitions, the Internet, social media, etc.
通过各种渠道或方法与客户进行沟通并尝试开发,包括电话、拜访、展会、网络、社交媒体等。
Effectively maintain customer resources, organize important information and feedback, including customer information, customer demand, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, customer relationship, etc.
有效维护客户资源,整理重要信息并反馈,包括客户资料、客户需求、客户满意度、客户忠诚度、客户关系等。
Strive to achieve the performance indicators, achieve the performance evaluation standards, including sales volume, sales profit, sales efficiency, sales quality, etc.
协助团队完成业绩指标,达成各项绩效考核标准,包括销售额、销售量、销售利润、销售效率、销售质量等。
Assist in the planning, organization, implementation, and supervision of sales management related projects, including sales forecasting, sales analysis, sales training, sales incentives, sales assessment, sales team building, etc.
协助完成公司销售管理相关项目的计划、组织、实施、监督工作,包括销售预测、销售分析、销售培训、销售激励、销售考核、销售团队建设等。
Requirement 要求:
Excellent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is preferred.
中文(普通话)流利,英语读写和口语优秀是加分项。
