Responsibilities: - Product coordinator is responsible for all commodities, eg. frame/sun, lens, contact lens in retail GCN. - Fundamentally to support Product manager to have business operation on track. - Provide and support the implementation of business solutions - Coordinate with Tristar DC team, to work on inventory monitoring, including and not limitation in eyewear, lens samples, VM tools; support new price tag process, store recall following, additional family sales supports. - Coordinate with Tristar after sales team and DC team, to monitoring recall progress and understand recall defective % and deep dive reason, to provide inventory quality improvement suggestion. - Work with Tristar MDM team, support on master data creation and updating with go through company ticket process. - Responsible for vendor invoice statement reconciliation, support product team on products return back to vendor as well. - Data supporting on inventory, sales, master date. - Other ad hoc data analysis tasks. Requirements: - Good Excel and PowerPoint skills, SAP is advantage. - Well organized in time management, prioritization abilities. Able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining focused and analytical. - Analytical thinking, strong communication and problem solving skill, result oriented. - English written and verbal communication skill is needed.
