岗位职责： • Work directly with Marketing Manager to develop effective brand campaigns/integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies to differentiate our brand equity • Safeguard the brand across business verticals and different markets and maintain high brand standard • Plan and execute through-the-line activities to deliver high performance marketing initiatives and outcomes • Analyse the results of brand and campaign tracking and devise ongoing improvement plans to ensure top of mind for target customers • Manage and brief creative, media and digital agencies • Execute ad hoc promotions and requests with efficiency • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive and efficient in working with multiple internal / external parties • Collaborate closely with other departments on products and promotion program launches. • Perform ad-hoc projects and assist in operation jobs as assigned • 直接与营销经理合作，制定有效的品牌活动/综合营销活动和上市策略，以区分我们的品牌资产 • 在业务垂直领域和不同市场中保护品牌，并保持高品牌标准 • 通过线下活动规划和执行，提供高性能营销倡议和成果 • 分析品牌和活动跟踪结果，并制定持续改进计划，确保目标客户满意 • 管理和简要介绍创意、媒体和数字代理商 • 高效执行临时促销活动和请求 • 出色的人际交往能力，积极主动，高效地与多个内部/外部方合作 • 与其他部门密切合作，共同推出产品和促销计划 • 执行临时项目，并根据分配的工作协助运营任务 • 成功的候选人将负责制定营销策略，与各部门和供应商合作执行营销计划 任职要求： Job requirement： • Degree holder • 2+ years of working experience in Marketing communications, experience in large scale integrated marketing campaigns is preferred • Profound experience in advertising and marketing communications • Good track record of quality campaign ideation, implementation, tracking and measurement • Strong interpersonal skill and business acumen • Strong understanding on the dynamics of market competition and be able to apply effective marketing strategies to surpass competitors • Fluent in English and Chinese, written and spoken • Experience in advertising agencies is an advantage • 学士学位 • 在营销传播领域拥有2年以上工作经验，有大型综合营销活动经验者优 • 深厚的广告和营销传播经验 • 良好的活动构思、实施、跟踪和评估记录 • 较强的人际交往能力和商业头脑 • 对市场竞争动态有较深的理解，并能够应用有效的营销策略超越竞争对手 • 英语和中文流利，书面和口头表达能力 • 有广告代理公司经验有优先
