Key Responsibilities: · Support the Merchandising team to complete routine business report and data base maintenance. · Conduct deposit transfers among online, offline, and warehouse. · Support monthly rebalances within mainland China including store wish list collect and rebalance proposal. · Support store opening/closure process, including allocation and preparing runway show looks · Participate in cross-department communication and cooperation · Family and Friends' sales preparation and operation Requirements: · High level of proficiency in Excel, skillful user of Pivot Table, VLOOKUP and other functions · Strong analytical skills with fashion-oriented business mind · Can work at least 3 days per week (Monday or Tuesday is a must), continue for at least 3 months · Proficient in English · Highly organized, detail oriented and can manage multi-task · Flexibility and humble, hard-working attitude and patience is essential · Bachelor’s degree or above, relevant majors would be a plus
