Job Description: 1. Daily operational support for the team, including the revenue, cost & spending tracking and analyzing, operational indicator tracking and reporting, etc. 2. Team communication and promotion, including the draft of newsletter, project summary/highlights, etc. 3. Daily admin support for department managers, including meeting room booking, device purchasing, etc. 4. Department event organization and coordination: business meetings, team building event, celebration party, etc; 5. Facilitate the hiring & training of the department Qualifications: 1. Be open and creative with good team-work spirit 2. Good at both spoken and writing English 3. Familiar with Microsoft Office, esp. Outlook, Excel, PPT, PowerBI 4. Able to work at least 4 days per week, for at least 6 months, can start working ASAP 5. Can work independently with strong interpersonal and analytical skills 6. Basic accounting/finance knowledge is a plus 7. Former experience in multinational company or organization & management experience is a plus
