1. Assist in coordination with Education team to create compelling and effective trainings and trainings materials
2. Support Education Manager in training sessions for new products launches and all other refreshers, intermediate, and advanced training courses as required by line management
3. Assist all aspects of core product training seminars. Including, but not limited to concept development, execution of training tools and coordination with vendors
4. Support maintenance of comprehensive assets on all education and training materials relating to product knowledge, sales techniques, promotion programs, and system or procedural requirements
5. Maintain up-to-date progress files of all training efforts and provide monthly qualitative & quantitative feedback and collect market intelligence, make-up trends and competitive landscape
6. Assist in product stocking management
7. Support communication with projects and campaigns of other functions and departments
