职位描述
岗位职责 Job Description :
1. 基于工作要求,支持数据处理、分析、数据库搭建等要求,包括但不限于消费者研究数据、内部数据等;Support on data processing, analysis,and data lake building, including consumer research data, company internal data, etc.
2. 基于工作要求,进行案头研究,包括但不限于竞品研究、行业信息收集等; Support on desk research, including competitor analysis, industry information, etc.
3. 支持专项消费者研究项目,包括人员招募、访谈、问卷设计、项目管理等; Support on ad-hoc consumer researches, including participants recruting, interview, questionnaire design, project management, etc.
4. 支持其他消费者洞察的日常工作; Support on other daily work.
专业资质要求 Professional Requirements:
1. 优越的数据处理和数据分析能力,精通Excel, PowerBI, Tableu等数据分析工具;Good at data processing and data analysis, excellent usage of data analysis tools like Excel, PowerBI, Tableu, etc.
2. 有定量调研的经历,包括线下/线上问卷,大数据分析等;With Quantitative research experience, e.g. online/offline survey, big data analysis, etc.;
3. 较好的统计学知识,熟悉Excel、SPSS等分析工具和基础统计学分析方式; With knowledge of Statistics, familiar with Statistic models and tools.
4. 有消费者调研经历的优先,了解定性消费者调研的优先; Prefer those with consumer research experience, esp. with Qualitative experience.
5. 优秀的表达能力和沟通技巧;Good communication skill and articulated.
6.能立即到岗优先,不能转正,非暑期实习
