Job Description:
1. Product establishment: according to the white list mechanism, screen and introduce professional and senior partners or law firms, ensure the cooperation process and communication is perfect, and update the due diligence materials;
2. Product tracking: conduct site visits to Greek projects and regularly track construction progress to ensure that products are on-line, built, delivered and after-sales follow-up on time.
3. Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team, including updating sales materials, ensuring overseas reception process, etc., to assist the sales team to achieve sales targets;
4. Customer Service: Develop customer overseas inspection schedule, assist in the safe landing of the schedule, collect customer feedback, solve customer problems in a timely manner, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirement:
1. Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with multiple departments to coordinate and promote projects
2. Strong learning ability and stress resistance, able to adapt to the fast-developing overseas market environment
3. Excellent oral and written English skills
4. Residence Permit in EU
工作职责:
1. 产品立项:根据白名单机制,筛选并引入专业、资深的合作方或律所机构,确保合作过程及对接流程完善,更新尽调材料;
2. 产品追踪:希腊项目实地考察,定期跟踪施工进度,确保产品按时上线、建造、交付及售后后续保障
3. 销售支持:为销售团队提供支持,包括提供销售材料、确保海外接待流程顺畅进行等,协助销售团队达成销售目标;
4. 客户服务:制定客户海外考察行程,协助行程安全落地,收集客户反馈意见,及时解决客户问题,提高客户满意度。

2. 具备较强的学习能力和抗压能力,能够适应快速发展的海外市场环境
3. 具备良好的英语口头和书面表达能力
4. 具备工作地居留许可
