【Job Description】 1. Assist payment application a) Assist the project team to do payment application. And the average workload will be 80-90 pieces of payment documents’ preparation, consolidation and submission Per Month. (Based on 15 new opening, 10 improvement works/year,35-45 payment/project.) 2. Chop application a) Assist the project team to do chop application. The average workload will be 30-40 pieces for stamping documents application. b) Filling all documents per Standard for both local share drive and one-drive 3. Files tracking/drafting/recording a) Contracts/docs chopping and payment tracking/drafting/recording, closely coordinating with planners, project managers and finance department. b) Check the integrity of the documents(cover/contract/invoice/quotation) to make the payment progress more quickly and smoothly. 4. Vendor binding a) Closely contact with the vendors to inform them with the chopping and payment progress. 5. Admin work a) Daily Admin works like print/copy/scan) 【Job Requirements】 1. Luxury and/or fashion experience. 2. Agile and self-started, open-minded. 3. Positive and good service attitude. 4. Nicely and smiling to service whatever internal and external guests. 5. Accuracy, great attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in oral and written English. 7. College students with at least 4 days’ availability per week. 8. Strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented and high teamwork spirit. 9. Good computer skills, especially in MS Office.
