Major Responsibilities
• Support HRBP team on the whole cycle of recruiting, incl. job posting, CV screen, telephone interview, arranging face to face interview and on boarding process.
• Manage recruiting channels and maintain recruiting system.
• Support on HR Marketing, e.g. Job Fair and campus recruitment.
• Support on HR programs such as talent development.
• Writing report and data analysis.
• Assist HRBP team on other assigned work.
Qualification & Experience:
• Undergraduate students or postgraduate students in universities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and strong working motivation.
• Excellent language skills in English (written and oral).
• Responsible; working under pressure.
• Good MS offices.
• Experience in HR related internship will be preferred.
