贝恩fulltime :

参加了贝恩fulltime的第一轮，分享一下面经分别面试两个面官，每个大概30min，都是case interview

第一个面官：上海office的manager，英文面，问了外国有机食品企业进入中国市场的case，要给出自己的分析框架，会逐步引导。也问了why bain，why consulting，why you，challenges等等问题

第二个面官：北京offce的manager，中文面，case是估算中国奶粉市场容量，最后要估出一个数字才行。行为面问了如何prioritize上级给的任务

感觉面试官们很看重发散性思维和逻辑框架。

BCG:

1st round是back-to-back的45min case*2，面试官分别为Eric和Abby，都是principal级别的。今年没有2nd principal面，1st后直接par面。

· Case

· 一个很长的prompt（包含很多数据），依据它算出# tyres needed per year in Shanghai （考虑Replacement和New两端）

· 一个欧洲premium tyre manufacturer进入中国市场，想进入Shanghai作为pilot，whether to enter and how? (No addition info given, need to put forward some insightful points)

· Follow up BQ

· Why BCG, not Bain?

· Which office (BJ/SH/SZ)?

· 美国Biotech公司一款治疗胰腺癌的biotech药物，whether to enter China mkt and how?

· 是她前两年做过的real case，can be driven to multiple directions and need to deep dive in one (eg. growth, comp, future promotion plan...)

· feedback是touch到了关键点，但应该继续deep dive，比如估计5-10年后China mkt growth opportunity，或者How to increase penetration rate of biotech med with comps?
